Vikash is an experiential educator who focuses on extreme mountain adventures like cycling the highest motorable road on earth (Khardungla), trekking in Nepal and budget bike packing in Bhutan.
Vikash is the co-founder of Outdoors for Learning and Development (www.OLnD.in), an experiential learning startup which conducts expeditions for high school students in the Himalayas, to equip them with new age life skills. In 2016, Vikash cycled 1,500 km from Manali to Jammu, via Leh, to raise INR 100,000, which was used to establish a play-school for slum children in Delhi. After graduating with an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Technology and Management in Mumbai (2010), Vikash joined Tata Group as an analyst and worked his way up to becoming a manager, before plunging into entrepreneurship. Vikash is also a part-time athlete, and has been participating in endurance sports like marathons and mountain biking since 2012. In his free time, he has been learning to swim for the Ironman Championship.
